Yogurt fruit smoothie

This healthy and tasty yogurt smoothie is filled with delicious fruits along with their awesome benefits. It's easy to make and provides you with the necessary nutrients during pregnancy period.

Ingredients

baby spinachbaby spinach 1 cup
strawberry, frozenstrawberry, frozen 0.5 cup
apple juiceapple juice 1 cup
walnutwalnut 0.6 cup
banana, frozenbanana, frozen 1 banana
greek yogurtgreek yogurt 0.5 cup
honeyhoney 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a blender, add strawberries, spinach and walnuts in the same order.
  2. Now, add apple juice, yogurt, banana and honey to the mixture. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour it into 2 glasses and enjoy!
