Turmeric yogurt dip is a perfect sauce that can go well with vegetables, bread or Crackers. It adds flavour to the dish and it's healthy too. Easy and simple to make. Consists of yogurt, garlic, turmeric and ginger which provide the nutrients required during pregnancy period.

Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat some oil add turmeric over medium-low, stirring from time to time, just until oil starts to bubble, for approx. 2–3 minutes. Let it cool.
- Shred the cucumbers on the large holes of a box grater. Remove the excess liquid. Transfer the cucumbers to a bowl. Add olive oil, yogurt, garlic, mint, ginger, lemon zest, and lemon juice; season with salt and combine them by stirring. You can serve it along side some bread/crackers for dipping.
