Directions
- Take all the ingredients to make the pancakes in a mixing bowl and mix them until the mixture binds well and is lump-free.
- Grab a large non-stick frying pan and heat a small knob of butter in it. Wait till the butter melts and starts foaming.
- Add 2 tbsp of batter prepared to make the pancake and swirl it round into a circle with the spoon. Cook them for 2-3 mins on each side. Cook for an extra minute for it to turn golden brown and well cooked through out.
- Heat the oven to its lowest temperate and transfer the pancakes onto a tray, to keep them warm until other ones are ready.
- Plate up all the pancakes and serve them with some fresh cut oranges, orange curd and ginger for enhanced taste.
