This vibrant and colourful healthy paneer, baby corn and broccoli salad is filled with fibre, calcium and iron. It tastes good along with some garlic bread.
Ingredients

spring onion, sliced | 1 | onion | |
cucumber, sliced | 0.5 | cup | |
tomato, sliced | 0.25 | cup | |
broccoli florets | 0.5 | cup | |
nigella seed | 1 | tsp | |
vegetable oil | 1 | tsp | |
salt | 0 | as needed | |
oregano | 0 | optional | |
baby corn | 0.5 | cup |
Directions
- In a heated pan, Add oil and the onions/ nigella seeds .
- Now, add all the vegetables and salt. Stir them on high flame till all the vegetables are cooked and tender.
- Add the paneer and saute for a minute. Switch off the stove, remove from the flame and serve immediately.
