Stir fry paneer and broccoli salad

This vibrant and colourful healthy paneer, baby corn and broccoli salad is filled with fibre, calcium and iron. It tastes good along with some garlic bread.

Ingredients

red bell pepper, thin slicesred bell pepper, thin slices 1 cup
paneer, cubespaneer, cubes 1 cup
spring onion, slicedspring onion, sliced 1 onion
cucumber, slicedcucumber, sliced 0.5 cup
tomato, slicedtomato, sliced 0.25 cup
broccoli floretsbroccoli florets 0.5 cup
nigella seednigella seed 1 tsp
vegetable oilvegetable oil 1 tsp
saltsalt 0 as needed
oreganooregano 0 optional
baby cornbaby corn 0.5 cup

Directions

  1. In a heated pan, Add oil and the onions/ nigella seeds .
  2. Now, add all the vegetables and salt. Stir them on high flame till all the vegetables are cooked and tender.
  3. Add the paneer and saute for a minute. Switch off the stove, remove from the flame and serve immediately.
