Prenatal Nut smoothie

Tasty and healthy prenatal smoothie with avocado, banana and walnuts. A smoothie which contains Omega 3 fatty acids and lots of energy for you and your baby.

Ingredients

almond milkalmond milk 8 oz
avocadoavocado 0.5 fruit
frozen bananafrozen banana 0.5 banana
almond butter almond butter 2 tbsp
walnutwalnut 2 tbsp
flax seedsflax seeds 2 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour it into a glass and serve cold.
