HOT TURMERIC LATTE

This simple latte recipe with turmeric and other spices is a great addition to one's pregnancy diet. A combination of Flavour, health and deliciousness. Here's your substitute to coffee. GOLDEN milk for your GOLDEN period!

Ingredients

coconut milkcoconut milk 0.5 cup
honeyhoney 1 tsp
ground gingerground ginger 0.25 tsp
ground turmericground turmeric 1 tsp
ground nutmegground nutmeg 0.125 tsp
saltsalt 0 pinch

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, Whisk coconut milk, sugar, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg , salt, and ¾ cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let mixture soak into the milk for about 5 minutes. Strain through a mesh sieve into a mug and serve.
