Ginger and Mango smoothie is a great drink to help ease the morning sickness and nausea feeling. This nutritious yet tasty drink is a perfect addition to your breakfasts in your pregnancy period.

Ingredients

frozen mangofrozen mango 1 cup
crystallised ginger crystallised ginger 4 nos
greek yogurtgreek yogurt 0.3 cup
orange juiceorange juice 0.25 cup
cold watercold water 0.5 cup

Directions
