Creamy Avocado smoothie

Tasty and healthy Avocado along with spinach makes the dish filled vitamins and iron. The honey and curd makes it rich and creamy. Perfect for breakfasts during diet.

Ingredients

spinachspinach 1 cup
avocado, without seedavocado, without seed 1 avocado
honeyhoney 1 tbsp
waterwater 1 cup
yogurtyogurt 1 cup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Continue to blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. To convert it into a slushie, add some pieces of ice into it.
