10 Food Items to prevent Miscarriage
Miscarriage is a devastating and depressive phase of a woman who is crossing this way. Although, this is not in someone’s control and one must stand high against it.

The main hit to have a healthy pregnancy and minimize the risk of miscarriage is “THE HEALTHY and BALANCED DIET”.
Poor diet is known to be associated with an increase in the miscarriage in early pregnancy.

2. Kale

1. Vitex

2. Maca
Maca is also listed in a fertility herb due to its enormous benefits in the reproductive system. It specifically works on the endocrine system, pituitary glands and regulates the hormones from thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands.
